    HEY!!!!!! This is soo weird but true....and I dont feel hungry bad or anythiing doing it this way!!!!

    I calculated everything and each day Im consuming:

    900-1000 calories
    and about 10-12 carbs

    I dont even feel hungry or tired, Maybe because Im very young???? Im 16

    This is normal! You should feel energetic and not hungry on Atkins.
    HOWEVER...sounds like not enough calories. At 225 you probably need more like 1500 calories.....do you know what your BMR is?

      I agree with Finelly!! MissC, you are still growing my dear, what exactly will you be growing on? Those lower calories are not going take off the fat faster. Are you exercising? Because if you are, then you definitely need to up your cals. I realize it is difficult to eat enough when not hungry, but you need to.

        According to the information you provide, you are eating half the carbohydrates you should be eating on Induction, and depending on what your pediatrician recommends for your body, probably half the calories as well. May I ask whether you have thoroughly read and understood Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution? This is absolutely crucial in doing the program correctly, and can be purchased by a parent on Half.com for just 75 cents. Good luck.
