    Hi everyone!

    Today is day 12 of induction so I'm almost there. I continue to exercise. Have done so 3 times this week and want to 2 more times. I am finding that I have to force myself to eat. Is this normal? I've been a little lax on the water but I'm trying to improve on that.

    I'll keep you guys updated on my weight loss after induction is finished. Can't wait to start the next phase.

    That 'suppression of appetite' effect of ketosis is weird, isn't it?
    Never before Atkins have I had to remember to eat!!

    Some people find they can change to having more snacks throughout the day if they find it hard to eat 'regular' meals at set times.

    I find if I have a bottle with a 'sports top' and refill it as soon as I empty it I can get through more water. With the bottle at my elbow at work I can take a slug of water every few minutes instead of having to get up and fetch a glass of water.

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
