    Hi.

You'll find your answers in the OWL Forum. Read the stickies at the top of the forum.

During induction, you're not supposed to be finding your CCL. You're supposed to stay strictly under 20 carbs.....
        Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
        218/187/140
        Measuring every 2 weeks
As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!

Minimum 45 min cardio per day

I don't know if I have an "average metabolic resistance" to weight loss
or what. Must have missed that in the OWL stickie forum. I am done
with the 14 day induction phase now. Since I don't have much more to
loose I will go to OWL now....

            Pie4me,
You are on the right track. learn about OWL and about figuring your CCL.
You will be at goal before you know it.

Great job working your new WOL.

Like the mods said, you need to come over to OWL! I just started OWL as well. If you've lost 9 lbs (congrats, by the way!) I think that does mean you have an average or slightly below average metabolic resistance (you lose weight fairly easily). Hope to see you over at OWL!

                Re: Need help finding CCL...

HI~ I saw on another thread that your goal is 145 - meaning that your total weight loss goal to begin with was 18 pounds...during your 14 day induction, you lost 9...using those numbers and the chart for women on pg 158 DANDR, you have LOW metabolic resistance...in fact, you lost 1/2 again what would have been necessary to put you in the "low" category (6 lbs) according to this chart...so I would have to agree with those that suggest moving on to OWL would be the right thing for your situation! Best wishes for continued success!!
