    I am new here

    Hello everyone, i found this site about 2 days ago. I have done atkins before and was successful. I lost 25 pds. I then went back to my old way and I am now at 190. I just dont' feel pretty. I am always pulling down at my shirt and I am just so tired of it. My goal weight is 150 and that is about right for me. I am start 14 day induction tomorrow, 07/11/05 wish me luck everyone.

                  Those pounds creep on so quickly; they're sneaky that way. But at least your back and ready to drop those pounds! Good luck to you!
