Can you have these things on induction? I heard you could but they are not on the Acceptable Foods List.

Yes, you can have those, and I too, find it odd that they aren't on the Acceptable Foods list.
Watch the mayo, because some have added sugars. Most seem to have a small amount of sugar, but I have used Kraft Real Mayo and I don't think I've had any problems from it. You can always make your own at home if you want to be extra sure.
Mustard is fine, just check the label for carb count and avoid honey or sweet mustards of course.

you can have anything IF and that is a big if the ingredients are on the acceptable foods lists.
MAYO is vinegar and oil wiht some spices tossed in for flavor all on the list

Mayonnaise is mentioned in the Oils and Fats section of the food list.
