Hi there! I was hoping some of the women out there could offer me some advice. I just read that an article stating that the significant change in diet at the induction phase usually casuses a woman's hormone levels to drop which sometimes has the affect of increased PMS symptoms.
This makes sense to me, however I'm not really having increased PMS symptoms but I am experiencing some spotting today and I'm concerned that it could be implantation bleeding...
I was wondering if anyone had ever heard of the hormone changes at induction effecting birth control pills and making them less effective or causing them to not work at all.
If anyone knows anything about this please reply becuase I'm really stressing...
Thanks!
