    Re: Induction question

    Hey there!

Mayo, onion, and tomatoes are all acceptable during induction. Just watch the type of mayo you use, as some contain sugar, and the tomatos and onions are also pretty high on the carb list for induction veggies, so you might want to watch the amounts you use more closely than other veggies. Otherwise, enjoy all the great things you cna eat on induction and experiment! I just found jicama...mmm...after a year! LOL

    Good luck!!

      Re: Induction question

Just as the PP stated..tomatoes and onions are a little higher in carbs than the veggies listed in the 2 cup list just make sure that between the two you don't eat more than a cup but from the sound of your post..you did great..I might have counted that as 1/4 cup tomato and 1/4 onion..just to be safe so you would have used a 1/2 cup from the "other" veggie list and still have 2 1/2 cups of the "salad" veggies...great job!! Keep up the great work!!

What you list - especially in the amount specified - is totally fine for Induction. I hope you enjoyed it.
