  • Day 7 and i feel great!!!

    Hi all,

    Yday was a little hard for me so i caved in and had an advantage bar, thanks to great support on here i actually realised why i wanted to eat it. I feel so much better today and i don't feel tired or light headed anymore. I feel very active(can't wait to go jogging). I'm waiting till 9 o'clock so i can go buy some ingredients for some of the many recipes i have found including induction friendly pancakes and cheese crisps im also gonna stock up on lots of veggies and meat so there is never nothing to snack on. Today i think im going to have pancakes(from the sugarfreeSheila website) for breakfast, some ribs and veggies for lunch and some pizza(got the recipe from a wonderful lady called Linda's low carb recipes). I would also like to know if anyone has any ideas for a sauce to go with my steak.

    I am curious about those recipes and induction... Are they really ok? For people on strict induction?

      You just need to check through the list of ingredients of any recipe to see if it is OK for induction and you will be fine.
      Make sure any ingredients are listed on the 'allowed list' for induction eating.

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
