  • Lowered My Cholesterol!

Well, I was feeling kinda blue because I have only lost one pound in the past three weeks, I'm having some kind of stall, but then my doctor called with the results of my cholesterol test! Are you ready for this????

    Total Cholesterol
    Before - 279 After - 207

    HDL
    Before - 55 After - 49

    LDL
    Before - 172 After - 123

    Triglycerides
    Before - 259 After - 176!!!!

Just a good reminder that even when we aren't changing that much on the outside, we are changing on the inside! I'm so happy! My doctor knows I'm on Atkins and he told me to keep doing what I'm doing cause it's working!

    Good for you!

I really believe if you eat the full complement of veggies, stay away from the highly refined and processed foods/oils and be mindful of your carbs, you'll help your bod out in many ways.

Your LDL & Triglycerides have made massive improvements - congratulations!! I love how Atkins improves the body truly from the inside out.
