Well I decided that I'm going to restart my induction as per some recommendations here.
- no dits bars
- no whey protein shakes
- only whats on the acceptable food list and no substitutes.
- print out that wallet card and keep it around me
While I was in ketosis for the last few weeks I feel that I 've stalled or slowed down a bit. I figure at the very minimum it couldn't hurt. I'm already 95% to being there anyway.
I'm also going to start a new aerobics plan on top of my current workout and try to build up to 30 minutes of jogging every other day. Today I did 10 minutes.
Hopefully this will break my plateau.
