    Today 's breakfast was
    2 eggs
    4 slices of bacon

    Lunch
    chicken burger fried in a tbs. of butter
    sald with bal. ving. oil and sugar sub.and cheese

    Dinner
    a grilled burger with cheese
    salad, same as lunch
    water with all meals
    How did I do today

    We need more info:

    What is your BMR? How many calories did you consume? What were your protein, fat and carb percentages?

    This may not be enough calories. Need to add a high protein, high fat snack 2 x a day, in my opinion!!!!! But first, give us the info requested above.....

      We definitely need more info!
      Check your numbers by putting your foods into Fitday, and here's a link to help you understand it. It'll help you see where you need to tweak your foods.

      I'm assuming bal. ving. is balsamic vinegar? If so, balsamic vinegar isn't allowed.
      I make a dressing out of mayo, red wine vinegar and splenda that's really good and probably would be quite comparable to what you are making.

      You look like you're on the right track though, so let us know how the numbers look.
