  • Day 10!

    it's getting easier! I don't seem to have the leg cramps this time around. Maybe it's due to the Multi Vitamin, B12, FiberCon, and Ginsana I take everyday?

    so far............

    Breakfast

    1 large flaxseed cracker
    2 johnsonville brats
    water, water, water

    Lunch

    2 cups salad with 2 more johnsonville brats
    water, water, water

    Can you tell I love brats? It must be the german blood!

    Dinner

    Not sure yet, probably

    brussel sprouts and baked chicken legs?

    I have slowed down on eating cheese.....not good for you know.....

    Up until day 6 I weighed myself everday, even from the very beginning............ I am so proud of myself, I haven't weighed in since day 6 and I am going to wait until day 14!! It's just so darn hard though!
