Should I be spreading out my veggies? The book says 2 cups a day but I'm thinking that if I have 2-3 cups in a large salad for lunch that I'll increase my blood sugar.

We are strictly by the book (DANDR - 2002) in this forum, so you want to make sure that you're only eating 3 cups of veggies total. The Atkins website is wrong. I looked into this, and they have totally contradicted themselves as well as the good Doctor. On their "Rules of Induction" page, here:
