goo for you. Now put your sticks away and save your money cause once you get in ketosis as long as you are properly eating your induction you will never be out of Dr Atkins ketosis again.

Cool. I agree with them. Save your money and buy more good food. Follow the plan and tht will be all the signs you need when your pants are falling off and noone recognizes you.
