I hear people say they lost "8 pounds", "12 pounds", "14 pounds" during induction. Question though, is the loss visible to you or anyone else? Got any pictures by any chance?

Re: Is the loss visible afte 2 weeks?
Since you have a fairly small amount to lose, I would say it will be visable by the time you finish induction. I have lost 40 pounds, but I started at 260 so people are just starting to notice that I've lost weight and I think that may be because I lift weights and I'm starting to look really toned.Chriss Female 246/236/160 5'3"

I would say yes. People who are on Atkins lose a higher percentage of Fat than water during induction. Even studies back that up. So I think the general opinon is yes.335/265/230
