  • Yummy and question

Hi everyone!! Hope today is a great losing day for everyone. I won't know as i am trying to stay away from the scale hehe
    I had 2 questions.
Can we eat Quich? I'd assumed yes since it has everything on the list. but thought i would ask
    6 eggs
    1c heavy cream
    8oz sharp cheddar
    1/2 pound mushroom
    2 tlb butter
    1/2 tsp salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    onino powder

I have to say very yummy and different from the same old eggs
also what about Wasabi Horseradish Gourmayo by french's
It reads 2g carb og sugar but still things are tricky
I have use very little the last 2 days and if ok i'd like to share:

I take one leaf of romaine
and i tbsp of the wasabi
2 thin slices of boars head chicken
1 slice of colby boars head
and roll it into a romaine roll up. Let me tell you how yummy this is!!!!!! Not missing bread at all. If you see something wrong with either reciepe will you let me know?
Also was wondering thought on the 14 day Atkins vitiman pack. I started taking these 2 days ago.

Looks great as long as it is crustless quiche - which it appears to be.

Crustless quiche is a main staple for me and many. You can add a variety of things to make different kinds. Try cheddar cheese, red onion and sliced water chestnuts. Or spinach and swiss cheese. Or green chiles and cheddar or monteray jack cheese! Yum!

I'm a chicken, mexican cheese, mushroom, spinach, and yellow onion quiche kind of girl, myself

Looks pretty darn good to me! - Just watch the serving sizes of the quiche, with a 4oz allotted total for cheese, it's an easy place to go over!

I love wasabi! Think I'll try your lettuce sandwich for lunch! Here is the web site I get most of my quiche recipies from, they are really good!
