  • Day 15 - Results

    Pounds lost: 6.4 (42.6 to go)

    Inches lost:
    bust- 1'
    waist- 2'
    abdomen- 3'
    hips- 1/2'
    thigh- 1 1/2'
    arm- 1'
    total= 12 1/2'

    Does that sound OK? I gained muscle too, so my actual fat loss might have been greater than that.

    I did cheat though with sugar free jelly (i thought we were allowed), advantage bars and protien shakes they have 0.7g carbs with 0.3 net carbs. I wish i hadn't just to see how much better my weight loss would have been but if I didn't I seriously doubt I would have made it through the 2 weeks.

    I'm going to carry on with the induction but with the protien shakes, I'm losing my sweet tooth too, so hopefully no cheating.

    Thats great, Atkins saids we should expect to lose between 5 and 10% of what we want to lose during induction and I see you want to lost about 50 pounds, so your right on target.
    If you stop losing, make sure you quit the shakes and bars cause so many folks stall on them. Well, there is a point after induction when some of us go thru and adjustment period and don't lose for a week or so, but if you stall, quit the shakes.

        The sugar free jello can stall you, but it doesn't look like it does, so go ahead and have it if you want.
