Checking in -- Day 8

Day 8 of Induction and I'm getting used to the weird taste in my mouth

My scales have just only arrived and I wanted to jot my weight down: it's 97kg, or 15.5 stone, or 213 pounds. This is after a week of Induction. Don't know what I was before, but I do know my jeans, which are usually a snug fit, are now way looser around the waist.

Now I'm going to get myself a ticker!

Congrats so far. I love when your pants done fit so snug and you can breath comfortably. I wish you continued success.
