    Hi there. I know you can eat a limited amount of olives during induction as long as it doesnt disagree with your body. But I also heard from somewhere that this was the green olives and not the black olives. I also have that problem with squash...are there a few that you can eat opposed to others? I think my exercise is losing more of my brain than fat Thanks, Michelle

    Olives are olives. Just read the labels to check the carb count. Depending on size, the olives have slightly different carb counts. So the figure in the book of 20 olives, might mean you're eating 20 net carbs of those 20 olives alone.

    Only 2 types of squash are allowed during Induction: summer squash (the yellow summer squash or the green summer squash aka zucchini) and spaghetti squash. Acorn, hubbard, butternut, etc. are not allowed until OWL.
