Well I find myself back here again after going on biggest binge ever and being at my highest weight ever. Today is my fourth day of induction, and the ketostix say I have a trace of ketones. I haven't seen the scale change at all but I am not worried because I feel good. I have learned everything there is to know about eating correctly but I do have a few question. I am taking a multivitamin, 500mg of chronium picolanate, and a vitamin b complex. What else should I take? I have been going off and on the wagon and I cannot afford to get off anymore. I need support. I found that I lose more weight when I know there are people cheering me on. I have a very addictive personalilty and food is one of my addictions. Lets not even get started on chocolate, chips, cookies(junk food in general). My family is somewhat supportive, but dont like this WOE. They are convinced it is not good to eat like this, I am convinced otherwise. They dont seem to mind when I prepare my delicious meals. lol So if anyone wants an indution buddy, let me know.

Re: I'm back and here to stay
Good for you!!
We're in the same boat. I lost weight before, it really worked, and I stupidly messed it all up for myself. But the important thing is we're starting again and sticking to it -
There is so much support here I can't imagine being able to do it without the kind folks that frequent this board.
I could use an induction buddy myself, lol, so if you're still in need of one, lemme know!

Hi missx555 - I just wanted to welcome you back to
BTW your photo url is wrong
It should be http://www.img.photobucket.com/album...5/MVC-046S.jpg surrounded by the [img][/img] tags to show up here like this
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
