I'm a little confused, today marks day 1 of induction for me. I am doing 3 meals a day... I'm just not sure when to eat them..
I work 8-5. and then usually after work i go to the gym and am there till about 7:00. I'm wondering.. should I eat my dinner BEFORE i go to the gym, or after?
I'm always told you should workout on a fairly empty stomache so you burn more stored fat.... I'm just scared that if I eat after the gym, it will be too late in the day to be eating...
