So today I was doing Vacation Bible School and the kids had homemade baked treats ...yum...I kept on saying no I don't want those..and then I go into the church kitchen and low and behold Dunkin Donuts..boxes and boxes...people are urging me to have a doughnut..no again, I simply state I'm on Atkins...well later at the groccery store I just happened to walk buy the candy section (okay I purposley went there to drool) and ended up leaving with a russel stovers peanut butter cup and oh my gosh...it was like heaven but now about an hour and a half later...I feel soo yucky...I know I'm suppose to stick to the food lists but can this have such a negative effect and so quickly??
I'm not planning on doing that again for a long time... will this halt my weight loss too bad? I am going to really really pump the water (I drink at least 10 glasses a day) but maybe I'll but it up to 15 or 20? I just bought the Dr. Atkins (2002) book off e-bay so I can really be informed...have been trying to pick up things here and there but really need the book!!
