I know, I know, we're not supposed to count them. But I just completed my FitDay Food entry for today and I'm a bit shocked -- 2522 cals, which seems huge.
This is what I ate today:
B'Fast:
4 thin rashers bacon
2 egg omelette cooked in small pat butter
Lunch:
Tuna, home-made mayo, half a tomato, 1/4 cup cucumber, 1.5 cup lettuce
Snack:
1 small slice Brie
4 thin pieces of salami with 2 spoons cream cheese
Dinner:
1 steak cooked in butter with crushed peppercorns and 1 spoonful cream
1 cup of lettuce
This comes to 64% fat, 34% protein, 2% carbs, which sounds pretty much okay. Have I made a mistake, or should I just do as the good Dr says and not get hung up on cals?
Very very grateful for any advice/reassurance. I'm loving this diet, and losing on it, but I want to make sure I've read it all right.
Oh, and I walked for an hour.
Thanks

At the moment I'm eating until I'm full, and I have to say I don't ever feel hungry... But I'm sure I could nibble on some more cheese if that helped.
