I know that you probably get this 100 times BUT does you weight fluctuate up and down during induction even if your not working out?
    Thanks!!

    Re: Newbie Question

Yes, it does. And you really should be getting some type of exercise during Induction. It doesn't have to be working out on machines in a gym, it can be as simple and effective as walking around the block for 15 to 30 minutes.

      Re: Newbie Question

      Welcome!

Mine does even on extended induction. It is a two steps forward one step back deal. Many people get anxious wathcing the scale for immediate results, and it can become obsesive. If you feel this happening, put the scale away for the entire two weeks. I didn't put my scale away until my third week, and I wish I had done it sooner. I lost quite a bit in the first two weeks, but then felt that I had 'stalled' in my third, simply because I was getting on the scale every day. I put it away, and before a week had passed, I ran out of holes on my belt. I bought a new belt and a couple pair of shorts that week. When I finally did weigh, I was down three pounds for the week, but two hole on the belt.
