I am just about 6 pounds away from my goal, and i have been at this weight for over a year. I have read the book twice now, and everytime i move out of induction, i gain what i lost in induction. I feel like I just have to go back to induction all the time. I exercise each day, and lift weights 5 days a week. I'm a very active person. I drink a lot of water. I just wish I could lose these last few pounds. Do you recommend that I complete a full 2 week clean induction again, or should i extend the induction until i have lost all of my weight? I just hate the fact that each time I leave induction, I gain weight.
