Hello,I hope everyone is fine.I have been on induction since thursday the 28th,I am doing pretty good,but I have some questions.1st is it ok to have ranch dressing on my salad,and what are some meal ideals for induction.Please help me,thanks Becky

Yep. You can have ranch dressing, but READ THE LABELS!!

Yes geting in a habit of reading labels then comparing them with the acceptable food list will have you eating like an Atkins Pro.335/265/230
