At a glance it seems to me that you aren't getting enough fat in your diet. That's where Fitday really helps out, by letting you know where you are with the ratios, and that's explained in the link I just gave you.
As mentioned, eat the whole egg. I'm curious why you are only eating the whites??
Did you make the ginger-soy dressing yourself? If it's from a bottle is it labelled as low carb? Are the ingredients induction friendly?
You mention Chinese spare ribs and chinese broccoli....if there was a sauce on them you can pretty much bet (unless you made it yourself) that it contains sugars and starches, which are not allowed.
Best thing would be to get going on Fitday and see how the numbers stack up and go from there.
