OMG- I looked at your picture diary... Wow.. You have done so well and I am so totally inspired by your success.. You look great...

Well I think as the rest of my body shrinks maybe the "girls" will still seem proportioned... I've always been curvy- even when heavy (just a few more curves hahahaha) I was just surprised that was the first place to go... Watch my butt will be the last... figures !!

I have also noticed that my rings are a LOT looser than before too... This has been an interesting trip so far. I didn't take beginning measurements and wish I had. But I can take them now and have that for future reference...

This WOL is pretty cool... Today was really the first day I had that "hey it's what time?? I haven't eaten anything yet"-- that's pretty cool considering I was a carb/sugar munch a holic....

This morning I didn't want eggs and had left over ribeye from last night. Me and my girls, age 13 and 10- had a ribeye stirfry for breakfast and it was yummy.. sometimes I'm just not in the mood for eggs so it was kinda cool to mix it up a little... when my husband got home from work he made himself some eggs and bacon (no sugar) and I wasn't even interested.. that is so AMAZING... I was such a FOOD ADDICT before...

Hey it really does work....!

PS If you haven't seen it- watch the documentary supersize me... It makes the magnetic pull of those Golden Arches not so strong...

When I saw this post, I couldn't believe it. This is also one of my biggest fears! LOL. I'm a DDD cup and believe it or not, I love my boobs. I used to be a C, then a D, then as you can guess, as my weight went up, so did my boob size. But they have never got in my way or caused me back pain.

I know I'll lose them some, I just hope I can keep at least a D cup! When I measured last, I had lost 2" off my hips, 2" off my waist and only 1/2" off my chest. I was overjoyed!!! ROFL.

I have to laugh reading it, I notice all the 40 and over crowd is just as happy to see their's decrease in size. They just become less and less important, the older you get. Everyone always says that menopause is like going through puberty in reverse, well, if that's true, when I get through menopause, I want my 13 year old body back, flat as a board and able to run like the wind!

Not this over 40 girl! I started at a 40C and although I have lost some there, I'm still a C, only now I'm a 36C. I want my girls staying just like they are and where they are!

you know, when i first started losing weight everyone would say how the boobs would be the first to go! well almost 30 lbs later...i can still fit in my same bras. they've probably gone down a teeny bit. instead of an overflowing D, i'm just a D now. but i guess everyone is different. i was already a full C when i was 15 or 16...so i don't expect to have a huge difference in size, even with more weight to lose. I WISH i could see them shrink more!!! clothes just aren't made for us ladies with bigger chests!

Along with my 35 pounds went two full cup sizes. Fortunately, what went with my frame before looks good with my frame now. (Well, that's what I try to tell myself anyway! lol)
