Well, here I am back on induction again. Day 2. Day 1 didn't turn out so well because I was so afraid to cheat, I refused to eat a thing at work. So I waited til I got home. Not good. I was starving by then. Lucky for me, I had no junk in the house because I threw it all away. Still not a good way to start induction. Day 2 is going better; I had eggs (I was so hungry, I had 6!) and veggies with a bit of butter. For lunch, I am having tuna salad with eggs (if you haven't had it with eggs, try it! You will never eat plain tuna with mayo again!). It may sound gross but I add some stuff called Beaver's horseradish to my tuna, gives it a bit of a bite that I like.
I am also gearing myself up for the "pee patrol" with my water! LOL! I am drinking my 64 oz mug right now and hope to chug one more mug or at least half before bedtime.
i am trying really, really, really hard to be good today.
