  • Coconut lite question

Anyone familiar with Let's Do Organic's unsweetened organic coconut lite?

    Serving size 2 & 1/2 Tbsp
    60 calories
Total fat 6 grams / Sat- 3 grams
    Cholestrol 0 grams
    Sodium 3 mg
    Total carbs <1 gram
    Dietary fiber 0 grams
    Sugars 0 grams
    Protein 1 gram

Seems like this would work as a small additive to some recipes for variety.
Any opinions on its possible status for Induction use?

I'm assuming this is a coconut milk product. If so, then no it's not allowed during Atkins Induction because the only foods allowed are those that are in the Induction Acceptable Foods list.

I made the same mistake. Before I found this board I though I could cheat and add things like coconut since it was mostly fat.

      I was wrong.

      Only follow atkins 100% IMO...
