    Hello All-

    I started 1/3/05 and up to about 3 weeks ago I had lost 30lbs, I fell off track so I am here today starting out on a new foot. I got into the habit of dribnking iced coffee and would have 2-3 a day. I am going cold turkey and starting over. I want to drop another 20lbs. Any tips or good things that you like to eat that you could share with me? All your support would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm starting over again also. I know this works I just got a little depressed and blew it...so I'm starting again today. Could use some encouragement.
