Hello All-
I started 1/3/05 and up to about 3 weeks ago I had lost 30lbs, I fell off track so I am here today starting out on a new foot. I got into the habit of dribnking iced coffee and would have 2-3 a day. I am going cold turkey and starting over. I want to drop another 20lbs. Any tips or good things that you like to eat that you could share with me? All your support would be greatly appreciated.
