Are you kidding?! I weigh myself at least twice a day! I'm addicted! And it's so great to see the results!

I'm jealous! I'm only down 4 so far...guess that's better than nothing though.
                Congrats on the loss!

                  Re: Yea for me!

cool... just don't get SO addicted that you are disappointed when it slows down.. coz it will slow down.. (sorry it's just a fact)... but I RELISHED that induction time when I'd have to literally rub my eyes (my contacts get messed up sometimes).. and do a double take to see I REALLY lost 3 pounds since yesterday or something...

now it's much slower, but I know it's still happening.....

so enjoy the HECK out of this scale thing and induction time..... just know that MOST of us at least... have to re-adjust that excitement schedule a bit a few months down the road...

now I weigh and I'm THRILLED not to have gained.. and know that soon it will drop another 2 or 3 pounds..

                    Re: Yea for me!

I told you cause it can slow down but even go up a bit again and you will be so dissapointed then.
Anyway it is best to way in at day 1 and then at the end of induction so after 14 days and not 2 times a day.
Next it is better to weigh only once a week.
Else when you insist on weighing every day don't forget to keep this thread in mind http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ead.php?t=5774
