Here I am with my tail between my legs...when will I learn? Anyway...I went shopping and got all my induction friendly food....cheese, pepperoni, eggs, veggies, salad dressing, mayo, sour cream, chicken wings ( a lifesaver for me) and lots of other stuff. I am going to have my first Atkins meal tonight. Initially I was just going to start tomorrow, but my friend ( who is also on Atkins )said to stop giving myself excuses to poison my body with sugar and processed crap. She's right. So I'm going to start now, even though I had carbs earlier today.
. I'm going on vacation next week, I will be half way through induction, but I figure it shouldnt be too hard to stick to while Im gone. Lots of salads, meats and cheese and I will be fine. Its good to be here again and I know I can do it this time. My first goal is to shed 10-15 lbs by Oct. I have a total of 29 to lose. I will do my best! Cheerio!
