I am baking the spaghetti squash right now. I plan on adding some butter, parmesan cheese, heavy cream (just a couple of tablespoons) and some fresh cracked pepper. Would a 1 cup serving of this be ok? I need to dig that book out!! I am having steak and broccoli with it.
It is so easy to get creative with this WOE. I love it!
