    Decaf Espresso?

Is there any reason that I can't have a Decaf espresso?

Would it qualify as a 'tea' in this situation or does the bean have carbs?

I just miss my coffee.. I really like quality coffee . I might never have the caffeinne again though..

Depending on what carb counter you look at coffee (decaf of regular) has 0.8 to 1.0 net carbs per 6 fluid ounces. Tea has about 0.7 to 1.0 net carbs per 8 fluid ounces. So, if you do drink these beverages, you have to count their carbs AND remember that they don't count towards your daily water requirement.
