  • day 2 and all is well

    wahoo....two days done!
    B: Bacon and Mozz Quiche
    L: Cauliflower soup
    2 Tuna muffins w/1 t mayo
    small salad
    D: Stuffed Peppers

    This brought my effective carbs to 20 exactly. Calories 1417....my basal is 1775ish so a bit low...I would like to get it up there closer but not sure how to do that. Ratios were 68% fat, 6% carbs (before fiber removed), 26% protein.

    All in all a good day. Will probably switch things up a bit for day 3 as I like a bigger supper. Have always been a supper gal myself. A slight headache again today...either left over from my Migraine the day before or the start of induction flu.

    Don't forget to drink your water.

      Yeah..it is tasty. Variety is the spice of life. I like the fact that these are freezable so I have days where I do not need to cook at all....can you tell cooking is not my favorite thing? LOL!
      You look good...you have a glow about you that comes through even in the pictures. Keep up the good work!

        You're doing GREAT!!! Enjoy day 2! And go ahead and take some ibuprofin for any aches - best to catch it early.
