    Multi mineral supplement

Hi all. Can anyone tell me if I am safe to use a multi mineral supplement that has the following written on the back "Diabetics/hypoglycemics - use only under a doctors supervision because this product contains chromium which may enhance insulin sensitivity and may affect your blood glucose levels".

Now, I'm thinking (and hoping) that it will affect in blood glucose level in a good way, but I thought I ought to check and double check before taking anything, seeing as I have already stalled on my weight loss.

Thanks to anyone who can help.

Chromium helps to stabilize blood sugar. It's one of the supplements Dr. A. mentions at the end of Chapter 11 in the book.

I am a diabetic and I use cromium 500 mg twice a day. I have been off medication since 2003 through diet and excercise.
