    Back On Wish Me Luck!!

    OH my!!To endulge in cheese steaks, birthday cake, chips.. I forgot the way these things tasted.. Being on the Atkins diet for over a year and losing 70lbs.. This month break has come to a end.. I see the chub starting to form again around my mid-section and rear end..My work pants.. HA.. more like spandex.. SO... Here I am again.. THe low carb brownies on the counter in the kitchen goodbye, the low carb yogurt in my fridge goodbye.. I HAVE TO START INDUCTION AGAIN!!! Wish me luck!!
