Hello Jenn - welcome to ADBB
Have you got your list of what foods are allowed by your side when you shop or cook or order food? If it ain't on the list it don't pass your lips!!
Follow that mantra and you will soon be a big loser
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Rooting for you! Keep to the list and give it time to show you it can work and that will give you incentive...no piece of bread is worth that. Come on...give yourself a goal...2 weeks...a clean induction. Once you see that it can work you can give yourself another 2 weeks without the breads and then another 2 weeks..

Give yourself the gift of a strict induction and bread will only be a memory! Check out the Second Time Around Club to chat with others on their return visits. There are some very good stickys at the top of the forum over there that may be helpful to you.

        Welcome back!

I craved and ate a big bowl of pasta every single day for a year or so until I started Atkins. After a week of fresh meats and vegetables, I thought pasta was a lame idea. Amazing how your tastebuds adapt!

Elizellen, your new photo is beautiful.

i printed out the wallet list that someone posted.

I screwed up this morning though... without even thinking I went through the Tim Horton's drive thru and ordered a coffee and a bagel w/cream cheese (of course, they screwed up my order and gave me a blah poppy seed bagel with butter... ick).. but I wasn't even thinking. It was like I completely forgot about my new woe!!! half way through the gross bagel, I remembered, and stopped eating it. LOL

                  Welcome

                  Now..wet noodle time

As long as you believe you have no sense of discipline, you'll be right. If you do nothing to plan and ensure your success, it's not going to happen.

Don't "hope" you can stick with it - decide and you'll be fine AND successful.

If your bread is more important to you than your health and the size of your butt, then continue to eat the bread - but know that that's what it's costing you!

All that said - You can do ANYTHING you set your mind to and once you do, you'll be amazing. We all get knocked off track once in awhile - some more than others - but it's what we do with it that defines us.

We'll be cheering you on all the way!
