    YYAAAHHHHHOOOOOEEEEE!

Well week one is over. There has been a little struggle to get my food in. DD started violin camp in the next town and it is 10-12 and I was often starving by the time I got home so I need to have more stuff ready to grab. But I think I have most of the kinks worked out now thanks to the awesome support of the members here.

    Okay..dadadadatada.....9 POUNDS DOWN!!!

My feet and hands are not puffy...my sandals are sloppy because they are loose. My planter fascitis seems to be fine. And my taste buds are changing. I have been having the mock danish for breakfast and I cut back to 1/2 teaspoon of splenda and it is still too sweet to me. So am happy about that!

Now on to week two! I am so excited!

Thanks Moochiecat! Good read! Forwarned is Forarmend..or something like that. I have already had the talk with myself and SIL that the second week will not be as good as the first week...and that it may not show a loss at all. And that that is okay because I figure some of this weight I lost is water weight so next week if the scale stays the same then it is no longer water weight lost but fat weight lost. Anyway....not sure if it makes sense or not...but that is my story and I am sticking to it....LOL! Thanks for posting. I really appreciate any encouragement..anytime...anywhere...LOL!

                Re: week one weigh in

I hope I have a loss like that when I weigh. I go to a club on Fridays called TOPS and I am the only young person, everybody else is over 65, but I just go because they have a real scale and real people to talk to. I might not need them anymore since finding this site! Anyway, I will only weigh on Fridays, and this Friday will be induction day 8, so I am keeping my fingers crossed to kick booty like you did!

Good for you for finding a support group. And for not being intimidated by them all being older! Thanks for the encouragement. Let me know how your weigh in goes. That Hayden is a cutie!
