I have no idea! I'm going to visit my mother tonight, so it'll be whatever she feeds me.

Lunch was the "Atkins Nutty Meatballs" from the atkins.com website, broccoli and some sour cream! Yum!

Tonight I'm keeping it simple. We're having cajun spiced steak, spaghetti squash and salads.

              Simple here too

Roast chicken from the deli with broccoli and maybe cheese sauce to go with it.

Tonight I had Not2late's Simple Beef Stroganoff...YUMMY! Can't wait until I am off induction and on the dairy rung so I can try it with more than just 1 T of sour cream.

WINGS! Okay, chicken 'drummets' deep fried in good oil, covered in a 1/1 hot sauce, butter mixture. Bleu cheese dressing on the side. Celery sticks for follow through.

                    It is Friday right?!

It made me search for the recipe which is here http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...off#post179145

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

                        Re: What's For Dinner Tonight????

Glad you liked that recipe. I can't remember where I got it from, but it's nothing like the gloppy, glooey beef stroganoff you get elsewhere.

Anyhow tonight I'm going to a backyard cookout. So, I'll be able to find legal things like grilled steaks/chicken/burgers, etc. But I'll be bringing along a Greek Salad to make sure I have a legal side dish.

                            For tonight....

Turkey salad (leftover roast turkey breast, mayo, mustard, celery, green onion)
Cucumber and red pepper salad (cukes and red pepper tossed with vinegar, salt and pepper)

I'm in OWL so I'm having a pear and cheese for "dessert".
