Help I am new to ADBB. 8/15/05 Induction 227/221/170-180. I realized that getting support for this would only help me but I don't know how to get a buddy or a mentor. I don't know if I am even posting this correctly. Unfortunetly I have been having a cup of coffee everyday...that is the only thing that helped me from freaking out the first week.
But I did go down from 6 to 1. Also this morning is the only morning I ate an Atkins Low carb bar instead of eggs....is that ok for induction? I bought Atkins For Life but I realized that was the wrong book for my First phase. If any one has some supporting advice for ADBB and my new WOL I would appreciate it. My career and health are both dependent on it. Elena
