I was wondering if soy chips are ok for snacking purposes during induction (day 12), also how much weight is normal to lose after 11 days on induction, i've lost 5lbs

Afraid not - soy products (apart from soy protein isolate) come in the legume rung of OWL alongside peanuts.
It is suggested that most people lose from 5% to 10% of their hoped-for loss in the 14 days of induction.
How much are you aiming for? 5 pounds so far sounds good if you want to lose up to 100 pounds in total
