  • New and saying HI!

Hello. I am new to this website, but I really like it. I am hoping y'all can support me through this. I don't really feel particularly plaqued by temptation yet, but it is only day three for me, so who knows.

Hi and welcome to ADBB! When I first started it really helped to look at other's before and afters (you'll find some in the gallery as well) and see the success of people who stuck with it. I also looked at it instead of willpower I was making choices. You just have to keep making the right choices. I'm glad you've found us and there are a lot of helpful and smart people here. Anytime you have a question/vent/story to share we're here for you. Sometimes (especially on weekends) you might not get an answer right away or it might get lost in the mix. Just give it a bump! We always care! And like Sheila said post often and keep us updated! You might want to start a journal...that helps to keep track of things. Hope that helps!

You are doing fantastic if you don't have any cravings on your third day. I think that is the hardest point. You should have no problem following this WOE. Welcome to the club!

Welcome aboard!!! I am still a newbie too. It is good to have you here. Like bugaboo said, read the posts, look at the befores and after pics(they really help me) for encouragement. Looking forward to seeing you around on the board.
