What is this so called "flu" and when can I expect to get it? I have had muscle aches in my upper back/shoulders, but that is kinda normal, just a little worse than normal, and had a headache the second day. Is that what we are talking about here? Sometimes when my daughter asks me for bacon I feel like I am going to barf.. Like being pregnant and the thought of certain things just don't fly. Or after I finish eating I feel like it is hard to keep all of that fat down without spewing. I am assuming that this is the brunt of it and it is not going to turn into a full blown flu, is it?

Re: Induction flu?
That sounds about right for being Induction Flu. It's not technically a 'flu' of course. Symptoms can range from headaches, body aches, nausea, irritability, lethargy...some folks get migraines, some folks hardly suffer at all. It can last from a few days to over a week. I was still feeling ill on Day 7 but by the end of the two weeks I felt back to myself again.
It's a transition phase you go through as your body gets over it's addiction to caffiene, sugars and other carbs. Once it's over, it's done and finished, so hang in there!
