  • Starting day 4... cheat free!

I must admit, this time around it seems a lot easier. I don't know if I am more determined or if it is because I started working out on day 1. I'm drinking about a gallon of water a day. As of this morning, I'm EIGHT pounds down. I know I shouldn't weigh every, but I am curious how the weight will trend down.

I have been getting headaches first thing in the morning. I take a couple of advils and go back to sleep for a couple of hours and then I feel great. I'm not sure what that is? I am still looking for my Atkins diet book. If I can't find it, which edition do yall recommend?
