I am starting over my original start date was 1/3/05, i was 185.5 then and this morning i weighed in at 157.9, I want to get down to 125. I am a coffee drinker I did have one this morning Dunkin Donuts Medimum iced coffee 3 splenda x-cream, and I know it is not ok to drink caffeine on atkins. so I guess a better freash start tomorrow. Anytips to getting back on track? Post some of you favorite meals to give me some ideas! I want to lose another 20 hopefully by new years! all your help will be great!

Secondly I too loved Dunkin Donuts' coffee and evey morning that I would say that I'm going to restart this WOE, I would find myself driving there to get a cup of coffee, and worst of all a donut
. You can do it, you just have to want it BAD enough. What I have been doing lately is scrolling through my closet and looking at all the nice clothing I have in there, that I can't wear
. It keeps me going because I want to wear those clothing again and look nice in them. My menu is normally the same, so I won't bore you with it. I know there is many out there who will give you great ideas. Best wishes to you.
