The best advice I can give you is to re-read the book, especially the Induction chapters PLUS the OWL chapters. I don't know how far you got the last time you were on Atkins, but from my years on this board, I find the Number 1 reason people fall off is because they stay on Induction much longer than they should so they get bored with the food choices and find it easier and easier to be tempted by "just one bite" of whatever food.

Keep this in mind...Induction is only 14 days long. The only people who benefit from extending their Inductions, according to Dr. Atkins, are the people who have a high metabolic resistance to weight loss (and you can figure out what your metabolic resistance is on Day 15 of the diet from the charts in Chapter 12 and 13 of DANDR2002) because they need the extra time for their bodies to correct those metabolic imbalances.

Come on over to the Second Time Around forum!

And the coffee is ok. We're not required to completely give up the caffeine, and a lot of us continue to have a cup in the morning.

First of all, I would like to say Job well done to you for what you have already lost. Secondly I too loved Dunkin Donuts' coffee and evey morning that I would say that I'm going to restart this WOE, I would find myself driving there to get a cup of coffee, and worst of all a donut . You can do it, you just have to want it BAD enough. What I have been doing lately is scrolling through my closet and looking at all the nice clothing I have in there, that I can't wear . It keeps me going because I want to wear those clothing again and look nice in them. My menu is normally the same, so I won't bore you with it. I know there is many out there who will give you great ideas. Best wishes to you.
