  • Any other program-switchers?

I have been on Weight Watchers since October 2004. I quickly lost my baby weight, plus a bit more and was down to 258 in February. Since February, I have gained 1 lb a month. I have added exercise (working out 30-60 minutes 6 days/week cardio) and decreased my food. Talk about NO FUN!

I have lost NO inches in that time and have actually had all of my pants get tight again (!!).

    So, I'm switching to Atkins.....

    Anyone else in this boat?

    Hi Kimberley

I used to switch all the time! I definitely think Atkins is the way to go though. You can have so many nice foods (and alcohol too later on).

I have just had a baby in April so am back to dieting again!

    All the best

I followed Weight Watchers! through 3 months of being so hungry I'd even lick Michael Moore's gravy ladle, I only lost 25 pounds. On Atkins I lost 55 pounds in 3 months, went off all medications, and felt wontabulous!

Weight Watchers is a good program, but it doesn't work for everyone. It made me always wondering when I'd feel happy and not hungry. And taking points away for weight loss seemed counter productive. Like I was being punished for being successful! *lol*
