Have you tried a bit of lemon or lime juice in your water to give it a pleasent taste?
I love my water COLD too. No problem, I have some in the refrig at all times. I have a hugh thermos cup(64oz) size. I fill with ice and water in the morning and carry it wherever I go. I just keep adding water to it. If the ice melts I replenish it , either at families homes or heck I go to a quick stop. If you want to do this and have cold water, you just have to plan, plan plan, just like the rest of the WOE. It is all about planning.
