    One week down on induction....started 8/15/05 started at 226.8 and I am down to 220 as of yesterday morning. I know the first weeks are more water weight but weight is weight no matter how you put it. I was feeling horrible the first week...but I know I could do it with the help of my online support (and my hubby ) I have been working out everyday except this weekend. I was having trouble with breakfast...boiled eggs and more eggs but I got great ideas (induction friendly) on the recipe section. I just wanted to let people that care know that I am so very happy and full of energy. It's strange but I feel I am eating healthier now....I don't know what that is about. I find myself more satisfied with my food now when I eat it. I am just thankful for ADBB ( You guys are great ) and lowcarbfriends......GREAT RESOURCES.

      Congrats on the weight gone! Once we can wrap our minds around the high fat low carb thing...it truly is amazing. I, too, am satisfied with less than I ate before. Keep up the great work.
